  2. How can you assure your quality for stainless steel plates?
    • All our products are supplied with mill test report, as per EN 10204 3.1. The Heat number on test certificates can be easily co-related with the markings and /or stickers on the sheets and pallets. Also we provide 100% replacement guarantee for all our products. At METLINE, quality is a promise. We are also willing to accept the third party inspection, such as SGS, ABS, Intertek, BV, and so on.
  3. Can you accept customization on stainless steel plates?
    • Yes. If you have special requirements on products or packages, we can do customization for you.
  4. Can you accept trail orders for stainless steel plates?
    • Depending on the product size and grade, we can accept trail orders from our customers. Generally our MOQ is 1 ton. But if you want to place a trail order as the beginning of our cooperation, we can accept smaller quantity orders too.
  5. Can you provide samples for checking quality of stainless steel plates before order?
    • Yes, we can provide our customers with free samples. The cost of freight would need to be borne by our customers.
  6. How is the order for stainless steel plates processed?
  • Step 1 – Please contact our sales team, and email us (sales@metline.in) your complete stainless steel plates requirements, with details such as grade, size, quantity and delivery location
  • Step 2 – We shall send you our formal quotation with best prices and delivery time. After agreeing on the pricing, payment terms and delivery terms, you can release us the purchase order.
  • Step 3 – Before shipment or delivery, client can inspect the cargo loading in container (for export sales) or truck (for domestic sales), we also can accept inspection of the third party (Such as SGS, Intertek, ABS, BV etc.)
  • Step 4 – After shipment or loading of consignment, we will send the shipment documents, along with Invoice, Packing List, Test Certificates, and Certificate of Origin.
