| What is Aluminium Alloy 5A06? |
5A06 aluminium sheet has features such as high strength and corrosion stability, its plasticity is good after annealing or extrusion. Air tightness and weld plastic are also pretty good during welding seam of argon arc welding. 5A06 aluminium plate matrix strength of the welding joint of gas welding and spot welding is 90~95% and which has a good feature of machinability. The alloy has high strength, good fatigue resistance, good shape and corrosion resistance, good weldability and polishing.

| What is the Difference in Aluminium Sheet & Plate? |
-Aluminum sheet and aluminum plate are essentially the same, and the only difference is in their respective thickness. Aluminum sheet is any aluminum sheet metal thicker than foil but thinner than 6mm.
-Aluminium sheets or plates comes in many forms including diamond plate, expanded, perforated and painted aluminum sheet. Aluminum plate is any aluminum sheet metal that is thicker than 6mm.
-Our aluminum plate is available in a variety of alloys and various weights and thickness. Popular grades include 6061 plate, 6082 plate, 5052 sheets, and 7075 aluminum. Selecting the right grade of aluminum plate depends on its intended use. The 5052 plate offers excellent corrosion resistance and weldability while 6061 aluminum plate is one of the strongest and most commonly used heat treatable grades. Additional available grades include 3003, 5083, 5086, 5454, 2024, 7075.
