Metline is a professional manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel orifice flanges with in-house precision machining facilities. We produce stainless steel orifice flanges as per ANSI B16.5, DIN Standard and EN1092-1 in size range of 1/2” to 24” NPS. We can also produce and supply orifice flanges for high pressure and high temperature applications. We produce orifice flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel, high nickel alloys, duplex/super duplex, copper nickel, titanium and special alloys.

Our manufacturing process for orifice flanges includes an adequate heat treatment and the examination of chemical and mechanical properties. We have CNC machines as well as conventional lathe machines for machining and processing various types of orifice flanges.

Orifice flanges are generally made from forged carbon, alloy and stainless steel bar stock. The raw materials used for manufacturing orifice flanges include raw round bar of diameter size 20~400mm OD or billets for large size flanges.

What is a Orifice Flange: Orifice flange is used to measure the flow rate of the liquids in a piping system, it could be water, gas or other liquids. The orifice flanges are usually used with the orifice plates or meters in the pipe joints.
Types of Orifice Flanges: The orifice flange could be in many different types, welding neck orifice flanges, slip on orifice flanges or threaded orifice flanges. The range of orifice flanges covers all standard sizes and ranges, and all common flange materials.
Sealing Face of Orifice Flanges: The sealing face of the orifice flange could be Raised Face (RF) or Ring Type Joing (RTJ). The RTJ type face orifice flange is used for high pressure application, the matched flange also should be RTJ face.
