Metline is a titanium nuts and bolts manufacturing and supply company, with global supplies of both standard and non standard sizes in ASTM, ISO, DIN and JIS standards.
Metline can supply titanium pipes, titanium fittings, titanium flanges, gaskets and titanium fasteners, nuts & bolts required for any type of piping fabrication project. We offer affordable prices & fast shipping on all orders for Titanium Nuts. Titanium nuts are well known for their high strength, lightness of weight and corrosion resistance. Titanium nuts are ideal for applications that require both lightness of weight and excellent strength such as oil & gas, aerospace, petrochemical plants and military applications. Metline is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Titanium Nuts, in a wide range of sizes grades and specifications. We also supply titanium gaskets, titanium flanges, titanium plates, titanium pipe fittings and other accessories, along with titanium nuts and fasteners.
We specialise in the supply of Titanium Nuts in Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 5, Grade 7, Grade 9, Grade 12, Grade 16 titanium and its alloys. Titanium Nuts and Other Titanium Fasteners find application in various industries such as pulp and paper industry, water and seawater service, chemical processes involving oxidizing media and oxidizing acids. In addition to Titanium Fasteners, Metline also produces Monel Nuts, Inconel Nuts and Hastelloy Nuts.
Titanium alloy nuts provide a high strength-to-weight ratio, while bridging the gap between the properties of steel and aluminum. Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6A14V) nuts are popular in the industry of racing motorcycle and cars for its high tensile strength and lightness, it is mainly used in racing car, motorcycle and bike application. Titanium Grade 2 (Pure titanium) nuts are mainly used in petrol, chemistry and oil field industry for its corrosion resistance property.
Characteristics & Advantages of Titanium Nuts
- Titanium nuts are super light weight, can saving a lot weight
- Great Corrosion resistance to acid and alkali
- High temperature resistance
- Low modulus of elasticity
- Low thermal expansion coefficient
- High melting point
- Titanium nuts (grade 5, 6Al4V) have excellent mechanical properties

Titanium Nuts Manufacturing & Supply Range
Nuts are used with anchors, bolts, screws, studs, threaded rods—and on any other fastener that has machine screw threads—to fasten just about anything to anything. There are many different types of nuts that are used in a variety different applications but broadly fall into two categories: plain and locking.
Nuts are usually come with a bolt or rod or pre-assemblied thread part. The most often used nuts are hex nut, hex jam nut, hex flange nut, hex slotted nuts, hex top lock nut also nylon lock nut or metal lock nut.
Basically, there are metric and inch standard nuts used. Metric standard series as per DIN, ISO, JIS, UNI, GB, EN standards and inch series as per ANSI/ASME/BS/AU/IFI/SAE standards.
