Specialist Suppliers of ASTM B265 Titanium Sheets & Plates. ASTM B265 Titanium sheets are characterized by excellent corrosion resistance, small density and heavy strength. The density of Titanium sheets is only half of steel sheets but the strength is almost same as steel. We have a extensive stock of these products in CP Titanium Grade 2 sheets and 6Al4V (Ti Grade 5) sheets. We can also offer these sheets in any custom sizes at reasonable prices. Metline is one of the most professional exporters of Titanium Sheets – in a wide range of alloys, thickness and cut to size profiles. We are a leading stockholder and processor of titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys, wires, pipes, rods, plates and other products. Titanium and its alloys are light weight, high strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and many other excellent features, and are widely used in aviation, astronautics, chemical, petroleum, light industry, metallurgy, power generation and many other industries. Email us on sales@metline.in to communicate with us and send us your requirements for:
- CP Ti Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 7/11, 12
- Ti 6Al-4V, Ti 6Al-4VELI, Ti-3Al-2.5V, Ti Gr.38
- Ti6242 (6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo), Ti 811 (8Al-1Mo-1V)
- Specifications: ASTM B265 / ASME SB265, ASTM F136, AMS4911, MIL-T-9046, AMS-T-9046
Titanium Plate/Sheets are manufactured as per ASTM B265/ASTM SB265 available in both CP and Alloy grades in thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 100 mm thick. Titanium sheets and plates are available in widths and lengths based on customers requirements. Customers can buy only what they need and not full sheets or available sizes. We supply top quality Titanium sheets and plates at very competitive prices, manufactured by best mills in the world.
Markings on Titanium Sheets & Plates as per ASTM B265
Each Titanium plate, sheet, and strip shall be marked with specification number ASTM B265, heat number, manufacturer’s identification, and the nominal thickness.
Certification of Titanium Sheets & Plates as per ASTM B265
We shall supply all Titanium sheets and plates with one copy of the Test Report, certifying that the material supplied has been manufactured, inspected, sampled, and tested in accordance with the requirements of ASTM B265, and that the results of chemical analysis, tensile, and other tests meet the requirements of this specification for the grade specified. The test report would also include results of all chemical analysis, tensile tests, and all other tests required by ASTM B265 standard.
